(Gawd how much I loathe my DM).īringing this semi-rant back to the ink subscriptions, IF I happen to come across a customer where I think I have time to sell it to them, then I might.Managing your volume licensing agreements in the VLSC is possible only if you are a registered user of the site. Oh and nevermind the fact that I just got done selling 5 laptops with squaretrade and services, lets concentrate on the ONE $49 printer. Im on my DM's shit list because I didnt attach Squaretrade to a printer. Not every customer that comes into the store is going to buy a laptop or a printer. IF they happen to buy an $800 laptop with Office, SquareTrade, Setup services and other shit, awesome. If they know that they can come in and spend a long time with us, they gladly spend the 49.99 or so charge. They come in to see my team because we treat them respectfully and professionally.

The regular customers that come in for tech know that Im there to help them, not to sell them stuff. If you make the customer feel special, that their needs are being met, they will keep coming back. You create a happy customer, that customer is going to come back over and over. How about we just have one goal: take care of the customer.

Quite frankly, there are WAY too many daily goals to achieve. 6 months from now, there will be yet another arbitrary goal that we have to meet. As someone else said, it is just to ease the investors of the company and reassure them that the company isnt doing bad. Secondly, this is the next new thing.new goal that we have to meet everyday. First, I dont go out of my way to sell this, unless it is to a business owner who buys toner.
